A well-regarded and expanding law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will have strong business development skills and the ability to contribute to the growth and development of the team.
The role involves handling a broad range of property-related disputes, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes (e.g., rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims)
• Enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
• Beneficial interest disputes
• Party Wall matters
• (Experience in construction disputes would be advantageous)
