  Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including rent recovery, possession claims, and forfeiture actions.

  Handle enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants.

  Contribute to construction disputes (experience advantageous but not essential).

  Lead business development initiatives to attract new clients and grow the team.

  Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in court.

  Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (5-10 years PQE).

  Proven experience in property litigation, including landlord-tenant and easement disputes.
