Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 10+ PQE)

Salary:£65,000 -£100,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits

AJ Chambers is proud to be working with highly regarded law firms, currently expanding their Property Litigation team in London. We are recruiting for multiple positions in multiple firms, ranging from Newly Qualified Solicitors to Senior Associates with over 10 years'PQE.

Key Responsibilities

You will be involved in a wide range of contentious real estate matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes (e.g. forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations)
• Boundary, easement, and right of way disputes
• Property-related insolvency issues
• Breach of covenant and service charge disputes
• Development-related disputes, including rights of light and access issues
• Strategic advisory work for major real estate investors, developers, retailers, and public sector bodies

You’ll also contribute to business development activities and client relationship management appropriate to your level of seniority.

About You

We are looking for talented solicitors across a wide PQE range:

• NQ to 10+ years’PQE, with a solid background in property litigation
• Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to provide clear, commercial advice
• Confident managing or assisting on high-value or complex disputes
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills (including experience in County Court, High Court, or Tribunal where relevant)
• Team players who are ambitious, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent client service

Experience gained at a leading City or regional firm is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates across the spectrum who can demonstrate relevant experience and a passion for property litigation.
