You will have the following responsibilitys:
Handle a portfolio of domestic losses, from initial customer visit to claim finalisation
Engage and coordinate with multiple internal and external specialists while keeping the customer fully updated
Provide exceptional customer service and achieve the right outcomes for customers, insurer clients, and the company
Skills my client requires you to have:
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills to interact with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Effective time management and negotiation skills
Empathy and customer service orientation
Understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and property damage assessment, or basic knowledge of home insurance policies and domestic property construction
