Property Maintenance – Trafford Park

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Property Maintenance – Trafford Park to join our team on a temporary contract in Trafford Park.

Location: Trafford Park

Pay Rate: £16.16 per hour

Contract Dates: 28th July – 28th August 2026

Working Days: Tuesday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm

The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and skilled property maintenance to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

Small plumbing repairs

Painting and decorating

Basic joinery

General building maintenance

Other multi-skilled repair works as required

Requirements
Previous experience in a multi-trade or maintenance role

Competent in plumbing, painting, joinery, and general maintenance

Ability to work independently and to a high standard

Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
