Property Management Manager

Annual Salary: Up to £25,000 Basic, £45,000 OTE

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and build on B2B relationships to maximise group revenue.
• Oversee the quality of instructions made through your consultants.
• Support with team management and inspire your team to maximise performance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and customers.
• Collaborate with peers across divisions to build networks and identify opportunities for referrals.
• Manage KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable track record of success in residential sales.
• Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
• Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage numerous responsibilities and tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
