Property Management Manager

• Annual Salary: £32,500 - £43,000 Basic (OTE up to £53,925)

Join our team as a Property Management Manager in Enfield and lead a dedicated group of property managers in North London. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in property management and a proven track record in team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing team performance, and managing a diverse property portfolio efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and lead a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to monitor and assess team member performance.
• Oversee property inspections, tenancy negotiations, and the coordination of maintenance and repair issues.
• Handle deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties receive exceptional service.
• Ensure all check-in and check-out procedures are completed, including full inventory reports.
• Maintain compliance with the highest standards for all regulatory bodies to ensure the business remains risk-averse.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a positive team environment and encourage team spirit.
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.
