Property Management Manager

• Annual Salary: £32,500 - £43,000 plus commission - OTE £47,000

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our high-performing team in Dartford. • Manage a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance assessments including one-to-one meetings.
• Oversee property inspections, tenancy negotiations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues.
• Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse operation.
• Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within residential lettings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a positive team environment.
• Excellent relationship management skills with both clients and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
• Ability to drive team development and advance career growth.

• Basic salary ranging from £32,500 to £43,000, dependent on experience.
• Potential total earnings up to £47,000 including commission.
