Property Manager

An independent estate agency with a wide scope over London is looking for a Property Manager for their expanding and thriving business in the heart of West Hampstead. This role offers hybrid working and is open to someone without property experience who is eager to learn.

Property Manager responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 150-180 properties around West Hampstead and surrounding areas.
• Fostering good relationships with owners and residents to ensure great customer service.
• Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instructing approved contractors.
• Act as liaison between owners, residents, contractors.
• Use WhatsApp business, emails and telephone as well as new innovative platforms.
• Arrange property visits to undertake property reviews via video to owners and identify maintenance issues and recommendations, including potential for refurbishments.
• Co-ordinating with property management and maintenance team to ensure properties are in line with our gold standard model.

Property Manager requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail.
• Great technology skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Ideally with an depth understanding of property management processes.
• MUST have a full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of Reapit is advantageous.

In return, the Property Manager will receive £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
