Property Manager

A high-net-worth family based in South West London is looking for a capable, discreet, and hands-on Property Manager to oversee a beautiful portfolio of private, commercial, and rental properties in London, as well as a rural estate in Wales.

This live-in role comes with a nice one-bedroom flat in SW London, placing you close to the core properties and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be at the centre of it all—responsible for the smooth running and upkeep of multiple properties. In addition to regular maintenance and admin, there are a number of renovation and improvement projects currently underway, which you will help oversee. From liaising with contractors to ensuring timelines and standards are met, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes across the estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple high-end properties

• Manage ongoing renovation projects and work closely with contractors

• Coordinate general maintenance and carry out light repairs

• Handle budgets, household admin, and service provider relationships

• Support occasional driving or logistics needs

• Travel between London and the family’s estate in Wales

• Must be dog-friendly

This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and has strong problem-solving and organisational skills. While core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, flexibility is required for occasional weekend or emergency needs.
