Property Manager

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for a full time, experience property and repairs manager
The role will be working within a well established and successful agent in the Huddersfield area, working in a small but busy and supportive team

• Communicating with landlords & tenants via email and on the phone.
• The successful candidate will need lettings/property experience but also personality, presentation and a hunger to succeed is crucial as is the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Strong willed with a can do attitude
• Coordinate final checks
• allocating and organise repairs and maintenance
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors daily
• chase up any discrepancies in regards to deposits via DPS

Working Hours are 9.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday and Saturday in rotation. ( NEGOTIABLE ON HOURS)
