We’re seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Property Manager to join our fast-paced, supportive lettings team. If you’re highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing a portfolio of rental properties, this is your opportunity to grow with a well-established agency that values teamwork, training, and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential lettings from start to finish – move-ins, renewals, check-outs
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
Conduct routine inspections and ensure legal compliance (EPC, Gas Safety, HMO)
Handle tenancy agreements, deposit disputes (TDS, DPS), and legal notices (Section 21/8)
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Maintain accurate records using property management software

Key Skills & Experience

1–3+ years in lettings or property management (residential sector)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Confident using CRM or property software system
