Job Title: Residential Lettings Property Manager
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £35,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role We're looking for a Lettings Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rentals. You’ll handle everything from move-ins to maintenance, ensuring full legal compliance and top-tier service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Duties

Manage tenancies: move-ins, renewals, inspections, and checkouts
Register deposits and handle disputes (TDS/DPS/MyDeposits)
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved contractors
Ensure compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO, etc.)
Issue legal notices (Section 21/8)
Process invoices and manage property costs
Build strong landlord and tenant relationships

What You’ll Need

1+ years in lettings/property management
Clear communicator, well-organised, and proactive
CRM/software experience (e.g., Reapit, Fixflo, Jupix)
