Exciting Property Manager Opportunity – Hybrid Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a fast-paced residential lettings team. This is a hybrid role where, after successfully completing your probationary period, you’ll work from home, with just 4-6 days a month spent at our Head Office or local branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance queries from tenants, liaising with contractors and landlords to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken
• Work closely with local lettings branches and internal teams to manage properties effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
• A problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle a busy workload
• IT proficient, familiar with MS Office
