Property Manager

Our clients are long-established Estate Agents in Wembley and are dedicated to ensuring their clients have a seamless experience in all aspects of sales and lettings. They are now looking for a driven and ambitious Property Manager to join their team.

Property Manager Benefits:

• Salary: Upto 30k
• Hours: 5 day week. Monday to Friday to include one Saturday per month

Property Manager Responsibilities include:

• As a Property Manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities.
• Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
• Always delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
• Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
• Building strong relationships with local property owners

Property Manager Criteria:

• To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual
• Have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• You should also have strong communication skills
• A customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Minimum 12 months experience preferred but not required.
