Property Manager

Property Manager - Croydon - £30,000 to £35,000

Dove and Hawk have teamed up with a forward thinking Agency who have plans of expansion! Based in Croydon, my client is looking for a Property Manager to join the team.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 120 residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure the Property Management department is organised and effective.
• Create & maintain strong relationships with all landlords & tenants.
• Handling all maintenance - managing contractors and inspecting finished works, ensuring quality of completed works is to the highest quality levels.
• Regular property visits & inspections.
• Tracking expenditure on a property and ensuring value for money on all works.
• Ensure all properties are up-to-date with latest regulations (fire, gas safety & electric etc.)
• Tenancy renewals/extensions.
• Change of tenancy administration.
• Deposit administration including allocations, returns etc
• Check-ins / check-outs.

Driving License and own vehicle required - Monthly fuel allowance paid

Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - per annum
