Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath. They are looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.

DAY TO DAY:

• Manage a portfolio of 150 properties
• Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
• Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues
• Conduct property check-outs and inspections
• Ensure compliance and manage invoices and bills

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

• Previous property management experience (student lettings experience a plus)
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable - mileage paid)
