A fantastic Property Management company is looking for their next keen Property Manager to become a part of their dynamic company!

This position offers an exciting opportunity for development within the property industry with little previous experience needed. You will work closely with experienced professionals in an friendly office environment, to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of property management.

You will gain fantastic exposure to the procedures, compliance and regulations of day-to-day responsibilities. This includes going on site visits, completing inspections, liaising with tenants / landlords / contractors / other members of the team, and so much more! No direct previous experience is required but work within a Property environment and willingness to learn would be highly beneficial!

A successful candidate will have a strong awareness of the job and the property industry, with a keen and ambitious attitude to learn and develop.

Salary starts at £26,000 + £3,600 car allowance (+ benefits). Higher salaries can be discussed.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your TPI qualifications (formerly IRPM) paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion!
