Property Manager

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential property sales and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Core Duties:

• Conduct pre-market appraisals and provide accurate valuations of residential properties.
• Prepare compelling estate agency proposals and secure new sale instructions.
• Market and promote properties across various platforms to attract potential buyers.
• Arrange and manage the production of Home Reports.
• Create high-quality sale brochures and promotional materials.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Stay informed on local and national property market trends to provide expert advice.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide regular Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Report on emerging trends and insights within the residential property market.
• Collaborate with and support the wider property and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and manage property sales through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed and engaged.

• Proven experience in residential property sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing marketing materials and using property management software.
• A good understanding of the Scottish property market
