We’re a well-established and expanding lettings agency known for our professional yet personal approach. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering first-class service to landlords and tenants, while ensuring full compliance and efficiency across your property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance checks
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across all managed properties
• Working collaboratively within the team to hit department goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in residential property management (essential)
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident problem-solver who can work independently
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
