Property Manager (with Tenancy Progression)

This isn’t your standard high-street agency gig.
If you’re tired of rigid KPIs, stuffy offices, and the corporate grind, keep reading. This is a chance to join a small, close-knit team managing a high-spec portfolio of just 75 properties with care, pride, and a genuinely personal approach.

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and personable Property Manager to handle everything from tenancy progression to day-to-day property management. If you’ve got strong communication skills, like to take ownership, and want to be part of a business where your work is truly seen and valued-this is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords
Coordinate maintenance and repairs (without delays or drama)
Keep compliance and legal bits watertight
Handle everything from offer to move-in and check-outs
Draft renewal contracts
Stay on top of a quality portfolio (approx. 75 properties)
Keep things seamless, efficient, and professional

Who you are:

Experienced in residential property management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Confident with property legislation and tenancy progression
ARLA qualified? Great – but not a dealbreaker
