Property Manager - Hatfield

Salary £30,000-£35,000, OTE £40,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a great team and manage a portfolio of around 180 Properties for their Hatfield branch. The ideal candidate will be organised and responsible with around 2-3 year’s experience in Property Management you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. Property Management is a core element of our client’s business they have many long-term clients who have used their services time and time again.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

• First point of contact for tenants
• Managing a portfolio of around 180 properties.
• Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations.

• Liaising with Landlords on various things such as works, deposit returns
• Dealing with contractors
• Arranging deposit returns via TDS.
• Arranging gas safeties, EPCs, EICRs etc

The Individual:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Property management experience.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
• Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
• Full clean driving licence and your own car
