Property Manager - Residential Lettings
Salary: £28,000K per annum
Location: Birmingham
Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our client's Residential Lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lettings and property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Conducting regular property inspections
Arranging maintenance works and liaising with contractors
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including gas safety, electrical certificates, and other legal requirements
Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
Addressing maintenance issues and resolving tenant queries promptly
Keeping accurate records and updating property management systems

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in residential lettings and property management
A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
