Job Description - Property Manager

Block Property Manager

Location: Eton, Berkshire (Thames Valley & Surrounding Areas)
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is a growing property management firm based in Eton, Windsor, providing specialist block management services to the private sector. With a strong presence across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas, they work closely with a loyal client base to deliver tailored, professional leasehold management solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments. While primarily office-based, the role will require flexibility to attend occasional evening client meetings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance, safety, and high service standards across all developments under your care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality block management services to a designated portfolio.
  • Preparing and issuing Section 20 Notices; coordinating and overseeing major works.
  • Ensuring appropriate service contracts are in place and renewed in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with annual budgets in collaboration with the Accounts Manager.
  • Supporting maintenance and repair operations across all managed sites.
  • Ensuring properties comply with health & safety regulations and are properly insured.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Attending site visits and evening meetings as required.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Previous experience in block/leasehold property management.
  • IRPM qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation relevant to property management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Hours & Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)
  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
