A nationwide Property Management company is looking for someone to take on a small portfolio of residential apartment blocks. This could be an excellent challenge for someone looking to step up their block management career.

This is a newly created position just due to business growth!

The business has outstanding reviews and their reputation is highly indicated from their quick growth, internal progression and working with regional and national developers!

Your diverse portfolio will include a variety of properties that are all within a reasonable commute of Exeter.

Going out on site and visiting the office is only mandatory a few times a week - the rest of your time can be spent from home.

Naturally, there will be an in-depth training period, but previous experience with leasehold property management will be required to pick things up quickly.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity gain a well respected TPI qualification in residential property management paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise during studies and after completion! If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.

Salary ranges between £30,000 - £42,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) on top of an extra £3,600 added on for car allowance. Higher salaries can always be discussed.
