Salary £30,000 - £32,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

The role of Property Manager is central to maintaining and nurturing the strong bonds our client has built with their clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, addressing client concerns, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. This position is not just about managing properties; it’s about building and sustaining trust with clients, making them feel valued and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a growing portfolio of managed properties.
• General maintenance repairs co-ordination
• Liaising with customers, contractors and staff via telephone, email, face to face and letters.
• Ensuring legal compliance to new and existing legislation on all managed properties.
• Filing and general administration.
• conducting property inspections
• Dealing with PM accounts tasks

Experience and requirements:

• Over 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management
• ARLA qualification would be preferred.
• Excellent administration and team working skills
• IT literate
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure without supervision
