Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Basic Salary: up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE: £31,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Understanding and up selling of services including ancillary and peripheral products.
• Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly Arrears management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
