Property Manager

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the lettings cycle

• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution

• Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports

• Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and notices in line with current legislation

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, landlord obligations, and lettings legislation (e.g., gas safety, EICR, deposit protection)

• Manage deposit returns, negotiating deductions and liaising with deposit schemes when needed

• Respond promptly to tenant and landlord queries and issues

• Maintain accurate records on property management systems

• Support lettings negotiations and viewings when required

• Previous experience in property management or residential lettings

• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and property compliance

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
