Are you a people-person with a passion for property? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Property Manager to join our friendly Residential Lettings team in Huddersfield.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors—ensuring smooth tenancies, top-notch customer service, and full compliance with regulations. From organising move-ins to handling maintenance issues, you'll keep everything running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties
• Supporting applicants from first inquiry through to move-in
• Advising landlords on marketing, pricing, and presentation
• Handling viewings, offers, references, and lettings progression
• Coordinating repairs, inspections, and tenancy check-ins/check-outs
• Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Staying on top of records, payments, and property compliance

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an experienced Property Manager. You are organised, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of your work. Whether it’s sorting a last-minute repair or guiding a nervous first-time renter—you’re always ready to help.
