Property Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and some background within property, facilities management, or a related field. The role combines office-based duties with regular site visits, offering variety and hands-on experience, making it essential for candidates to hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee buildings insurance claims.
• Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs.
• Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes.
• Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings.

• Must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years factoring or letting experience
• Strong background in customer service.
• Good IT skills and proficient use of Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
