Residential Portfolio Manager – Marylebone

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join our London team. You’ll oversee a portfolio of around 150 residential properties, working in a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and career. Whether you’ve been a Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, or Portfolio Manager, this role offers a great step up.

What you’ll do as a Residential Property Manager / Portfolio Manager:

Be the main contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
Organise compliance checks (Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs, PATs)
Manage tenancy lifecycles: move-ins, move-outs, deposit returns
Handle maintenance, rent collection, invoicing, and insurance claims
Keep communication clear and professional while staying on top of your workload

What we’re looking for in a Residential Portfolio Manager:

At least 18 months’ experience in residential property management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to confidently manage multiple properties and tasks
