Property Manager

Axon Moore are currently partnering with a leading property management organisation who is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of residential and corporate clients.

This role offers a truly person-based portfolio, giving you ownership and the ability to link your professional expertise and personality directly to the service you deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of your portfolio, building strong relationships with clients and leaseholders.
Deliver high-quality property management services in line with statutory requirements, management agreements, and industry standards (RICS/TPI).
Provide guidance and support to Assistant Property Managers, ensuring consistent service across your portfolio.
Prepare and manage service charge budgets, reserve funds, and contractor invoices.
Oversee procurement, maintenance programmes, and major works projects.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, landlord & tenant legislation, and statutory obligations.
Manage complex or sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in residential and/or mixed-use property management.
Strong client focus, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing budgets, contractor procurement, and compliance.
Professional property management qualification (TPI, AssocRICS, or working towards).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
