Job Title: Property Manager
Location: On-site, Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (9:00am – 2:00pm)
Pay: £26,500.00 – £30,000.00 per year (dependent on experience, plus commission)
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

* Handle maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution

* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

* Monitor rent arrears and take appropriate action where required

* Ensure properties comply with HHSRS requirements and current lettings legislation

* Assist with Section Notices and wider compliance processes

* Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance works

* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

* Deliver excellent customer service and encourage positive client reviews

* Contribute to team performance and company growth objectives

Requirements

* Previous experience within residential lettings (minimum two years preferred)

* Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Able to remain calm and prioritise workloads in a busy environment

* Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems

* Full UK driving licence

* Professional, reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach
