The Role

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

* Handling landlord and tenant enquiries

* Coordinating maintenance and contractor works

* Conducting property inspections

* Managing tenancy applications and progression

* Monitoring rent payments and arrears

* Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation

About You

We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings

* Knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle and current legislation

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities

* A professional and customer-focused approach

What's On Offer?

* Basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £30,000

* Monday to Friday working pattern (1 in 3 Saturday)
