Placr Recruitment is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our client's successful team on a full-time basis.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of residential and student properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant and running efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relationships

* Oversee lettings, inspections, check-ins and check-outs

* Coordinate repairs, contractors and maintenance

* Manage budgets, income and property expenses

* Deal with tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently

* Ensure properties meet relevant legal and safety requirements

* Support marketing and tenant retention

* Handle emergencies and out-of-hours issues when required

About You

* Previous property management experience (student lets and residential beneficial)

* Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Confident managing multiple properties and competing priorities

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software

* Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
