Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Stow-Cum-Quy, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

An independent sales and letting agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their established team in Stow-cum-Quy.

The company provides full management and let-only services across Cambridge and the surrounding areas, with a strong portfolio of residential properties and an excellent reputation for providing a professional service to both landlords and tenants.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established, independent business offering a collaborative working environment and the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied property portfolio.

As the Property Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Managing tenant enquiries and day-to-day property management issues

* Organising repairs and maintenance

* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

* Conducting property inspections

* Handling end-of-tenancy check-outs and deposit negotiations

* Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in line with current legislation

* Planning, coordinating and prioritising your workload

Successful applicants will have the following experience:

* Previous experience within property management

* Good knowledge of property maintenance and residential lettings

* Understanding of tenancy law and regulations

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* The ability to manage multiple properties and priorities

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Proficiency in IT systems and software

* Experience with property management software and databases is a plus

* A professional and proactive approach
