Based in in our Chelmsford Office, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential property across a defined region, acting as the lead point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors, and helping to shape estate management strategy.

Team Overview

Savills Rural & Projects team provides advice on the management of rural estates, residential portfolios and let property. Our clients range from private estates and landowners to institutional and corporate property owners. The team comprises surveyors, property managers, estate administrators and support staff, working alongside our wider rural specialists.

Recruitment agencies

Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team.
