Our client is a well-established and highly respected property business with a strong presence across the South West. They have built an excellent reputation for providing professional property services and outstanding customer care. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a Residential Lettings Property Manager to join their busy Exeter team, covering the city centre and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is looking to develop their career within property management. You will manage a diverse range of residential properties while working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and the wider team to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and transactions progress smoothly.
The role would suit someone who is organised, confident using IT systems, and has a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service. The business is also open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours.
Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the property management process
Carry out routine property inspections
Manage maintenance and repair issues, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Coordinate check-in and check-out inspections
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Respond promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries
Maintain accurate property records and administration
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Support the wider lettings team as required
Previous experience within residential lettings or property management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software quickly
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
£26,000 - £30,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Some Saturday working on a rota basis, with time off in lieu
Full-time preferred, although part-time options will be considered
