Overview:

Our market-leading and well-established Property Management company is recruiting a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in East Malling.

We are primarily seeking candidates with a solid background in Block Management to hit the ground running with an established leasehold portfolio. However, we also welcome driven applicants with strong transferable property, facilities, or housing management experience who are ready to transition into the sector with our full support, structured training, and funded qualifications (IRPM/TPI).

Duties Include:

Managing a designated leasehold property portfolio and delivering exceptional service to residents and clients

Setting, managing, and balancing service charge budgets

Overseeing section 20 major works projects and contractor performance

Ensuring full health & safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites

Conducting regular site visits and property inspections

Building strong relationships with Resident Management Companies (RMCs), developers, and leaseholders

Experience & Skills Needed:

Prior experience in Block Property Management is strongly preferred

Transferable experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or estate management will be considered

Strong financial management skills with service charge budget experience

Solid understanding of leasehold compliance, safety regulations, and contractor management

Excellent client relationship management and conflict resolution skills

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential; expenses paid)

Motivation to achieve or build upon formal industry qualifications (e.g., AIRPM/MIRPM)
