What Are We Looking For In A Property Manager?

Experience managing residential property portfolios
ATPI /MTPI qualified – we’ll also consider experienced candidates who are keen to gain qualifications, and support will be offered for this
Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
Full driving license to enable you to visit your portfolio for property inspections

Please Note:
This is a full-time role (Surrey) requiring at least 3 days per week in the office and regular visits to properties in your portfolio for routine inspections.
