Due to continued growth and business expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their friendly and supportive team.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or lettings professional looking to join a growing business where you'll have genuine ownership of your portfolio. Rather than working across multiple departments, you'll manage the full tenancy lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end.


• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.


• Coordinate maintenance works through Fixflo, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.


• Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports.


• Ensure all properties remain compliant with current Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements.


• Monitor compliance documentation including safety certificates, renewals and statutory requirements.


• Manage rent arrears through proactive communication and effective resolution.


• Maintain accurate records across your property portfolio using property management software.


• Resolve tenancy issues professionally whilst delivering exceptional customer service.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department.


• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and landlord retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience within residential property management, lettings or a similar property-related role.


• Strong knowledge of Scottish residential lettings legislation is highly desirable.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Confident handling maintenance issues, contractors and tenancy enquiries.


• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.


• High level of attention to detail.


• Positive, proactive and professional approach to work.


• Full UK driving licence.

Package and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to £32,400 per annum.


• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm – no weekend working.
