Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join an established and successful property business in Bristol, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio

The role has a strong client-facing focus, working closely with larger portfolio clients through regular meetings and ongoing relationship management, alongside the day-to-day management of residential and student properties.

Role Overview

Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties

Building strong relationships with key portfolio clients

Holding regular meetings with clients to review performance and ongoing requirements

Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works

Overseeing property inspections, compliance and any required actions

Managing tenancy queries and resolving issues effectively

About You

Previous property management experience

Strong client relationship and communication skills

Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance

Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team
