Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Opportunity

An established property business is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join its lettings team in Edgware.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience who is confident managing day-to-day property management responsibilities and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio.

Act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers.

Manage tenancy administration, including renewals, documentation and relevant compliance requirements.

Deal with property-related issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate property records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.

Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.

Ensure a professional and efficient service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

About You

Ideally, 3-5 years' experience in residential property management or lettings.

Good understanding of the day-to-day requirements of managing residential properties.

Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.

Able to work independently while contributing to a wider lettings team.

Comfortable working in an office-based role in Edgware.

Salary and Benefits

Salary of £29,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate the experience and ability to justify a higher salary.
