Job Description - Property Manager

Many years on, we've learnt a huge amount about what our customers need and want from us, but our core values haven't changed.
We are now seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional customer service skills and must live in close proximity to SE20.
Full time
Salary up to £33,000 per annum
Office-based role (work location London, SE20 7TN)

Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
Property Management 1 year (required)
Customer Service 1 year (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing to maintenance requests
Conduct property tours and inspections
Handle rent collection and financial reporting
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies
Utilise in-house software for property management tasks
Implement strategies for upselling additional services to tenants
Experience:
Proven experience in property management
Proficiency in property management software
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of office procedures and practices
