Location: London, W4 3NN
Salary: £55K-£65K/annum DOE

We are seeking a talented Property Manage to join us at Fuller's and oversee our diverse portfolio of c.400 pubs, hotels, and other properties. You'll play a pivotal role in day-to-day asset management while supporting our Property Director on acquisitions and disposals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing strategic approaches to property management
Providing insightful property advice to our team
Directing advisors on various property matters
Liaising with landlords and overseeing lease obligations
Ensuring fair service charges and managing business rates
Collaborating closely with the Property Director to maximize property value and identify development opportunities
Maintaining accurate property records

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to board level
Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Confidence in decision-making and challenging situations
Enthusiasm for the licensed retail marketplace and our business
Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship-building skills
Qualifications such as MRICS and 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred
A solid understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation
Experience in the sector or with multi-site operations
