Property Manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in York. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 40.38 hours, Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 8.30am to 5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1pm. The salary ranges is £25,000 to £27,500 depending on experience.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
1) As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
2) The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties carrying out inventories, inspections and check outs
3) You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
