Job Profile
You will encompass a wide range of tasks designed to support landlords and tenants in the administration of lettings. Youll provide property management and tenancy support services, ensuring all activities align with signed Terms of Business, particularly focusing on coordinating property maintenance. Ensuring properties have up-to-date EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, and PAT Testing. You will also arrange inventories and check-ins with inventory clerks and tenants, liaise with contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of repairs and maintenance, and conduct routine property visits to report findings to landlords. Drawing up schedules of costs based on checkout reports, mediate and negotiate deposit releases, and ensure prompt and accurate payments to contractors, deposits, and landlord bills. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate tenancy renewals, prepare relevant notices based on landlord or tenant instructions, and consistently adhere to company standards and requirements, utilising the Alto system to manage these tasks efficiently.
Duties:

Skills & Attributes:
Must have a full driving license and access to a personal vehicle. Required at least 1 year experience in property management and maintenance. Current knowledge of property management legislation. Team player who supports and recognises the contributions of others. Articulate, professional, and experienced in client-facing roles. Familiarity with the Alto system is a plus. Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong typing skills. Hours of Work:
Monday
Friday 9.00am
5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 9.00am
