Property Manager

Brook Street have partnered with a well-established company within Peterborough who are on the hunt for their next Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of properties.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm and alternative weekends 9am til 1pm,
Salary starting from £24,000+ depending on experience

Experience required:
At least 1-year lettings or property management experience
Ensuring properties are ready to let
Carry out check ins and inventories prior to start of tenancies
Carry out check out inspections, creating clear, detail reports for landlords
Complying with current legislation and being up to date with the latest property news or regulations
Have awareness of Health & Safety
Possess excellent Customer Service skills
Carry out viewings
Have strong administration skills
Manage tenancy renewals
Have experience of working with contractors and organising maintenance, repairs and decoration of property when required
