An exciting new role has arisen for a Residential Property Manager to join our client in a highly sought-after location, working closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and managing a high-end property portfolio of properties.
As a Residential Property Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of an exclusive property portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all parties involved.
Candidates applying must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in residential property management and be ARLA qualified. This is a fully office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and parking is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
-Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
-Book and manage contractors to obtain quotes, oversee repairs and refurbishments, and handle insurance claims efficiently
-Register TDS deposits, manage deposit disputes and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
-Arranging inventories, check-in, and check-out reports, deposit schemes
-Coordinating safety checks & certificates for properties
-Instructing Letting Agents regarding marketing vacant properties & new tenancy paperwork
-Maintain and update property management systems, including Reapit, to ensure all information is current and accurate
This is a great role for a residential Property Manager to play a key role in managing some of the finest residential properties in the industry.
