Property Manager - Alton

Junior Property Manager – Alton / Petersfield
Basic Salary: £24,000 + £150 car allowance per month
OTE: £28,424.37 (inc. departmental profit share)
Location: 4 days in Alton, 1 day per week in Petersfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Required – mileage covered for site visits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual looking to break into or develop their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
• Assisting with maintenance requests and contractor bookings
• Carrying out property inspections (full training given)
• Communicating with tenants and landlords in a professional manner
• Keeping accurate records and helping ensure legal compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Some experience in lettings/property admin, or a strong customer service background
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Driving licence essential – mileage paid for travel
